We have hosted some big, fun parties and served whole roast pig. We developed this portable pig roasting Kit so you too can share in some Cajun Style Pig Roasting Fun. Whole Roast Pig is an event, and this style of cooking allows for plenty of social distancing, and you get to direct the cooking of a pig. You can also cook quite a few chickens with this outdoor cooking rig. I once cooked 20 chickens using a previous version of the Mr. Pig Cajun Pig Roast Kit. About the Mr. Pig™ Cajun Pig Roast Kit

The Mr. Pig Premium Fire Reflector consists of 5 panels. It is designed with no screws or hardware to lose. The Center Panel has 4 Receivers on the back. The Panels to the Left and Right of Center have 2 Pins, one side and 2 Receivers, one side. The Pins attach to the Center Panel and fold inward until the frames meet. The 2 Front Panels have 2 Pins, one side only. These pins insert into the Receivers where indicated. It only goes together one way. Once the front panels are set, the Mr. Pig Massive Fire Reflector is ready for a big cooking fire. There are legs attached to the back and it’s suggested to get sand bags for the bottom of the legs to increase stability.

The Mr. Pig Roto Box arrives fully assembled. Just attach the chain over the top bar of the A Frame, plug it in and turn it on. You will find the “On – Off” switch right next to the power cord. Just turn it on and get to building a big fire…Get your FIRE STARTED FIRST. When your pig is ready to cook, your fire should be ready to stoke higher for cooking. The use of the Poker creates a big pile of coals. Your pile of hot coals may be 3’ – 4’ wide and 2 ½’ – 3’ high at the top of a pyramid shape.

The Mr. Pig Cajun Pig Roast Kit is made using heavy duty materials. The Roto Box is solid wood with a permanent, protective cover over the motor.

The A-Frame is portable and made of steel. The backdrop is portable and made of steel.
